Filter sharepoint list (3 times), and return values (email addresses)

Hi all,

Hope you can help me out!

sharepoint list 1 with team members, fields:
- Name
- Email
- Resource
- Activity
- Region

sharepoint list 2: complete a form and send email, fields:
- subject
- body
- Resource (option to multiple select) /mandatory field
- Activity (option to multiple select) / mandatory field
- Region (option to multiple select) /mandatory field

==> the fields in bold, should filter the items in sharepoint list 1 --> and return values (Email addresses) --> to paste them in the email as recipients.

Is this possible???

Hi!

thanks for your reply! a bit more information about the columns:

sharepoint list 1:
Team members
in this list staff will add their Name & Email address and select their Resource, Activity and Region.
Resource: (drop down)
contractor
employee
management
Activity: (drop down)
Marketing
Operations
IT
Region (drop down)
EMEA
APAC
LATAM
NA
sharepoint list 2
send an email
you complete the subject and body + select the staff you would like to email (= multiple select on resource, region and activity)
e.g : I want my email to go out to contractors and employees, that are working for the marketing or IT department, located at EMEA

So based upon your selection in list 2, the values (email addresses) of list 1 should be returned and added to the 'To:' field of the emaill. I'm not sure if this is possible ? if not, other ideas of how to accomplish this, would be VERY welcome!

Hi @Rcools

You can filter the lists in SharePoint using Power Automate step Get List Items and set the filter query. I am happy to help via screen share that will be much easier to resolve this. If you want a screen share send me the details via email.
