EMT's use shared iPads. The first time they open an App they have to provide Microsoft Creds to access the resources (SharePoint list). That is cached so that iPad remembers that user. I need it to FORGET the last logged in user when the App closes so each time someone opens the app on the iPad they have to reenter their Microsoft creds (email and password). This will allow many users to use the shared iPad with their personal creds.

Unfortunately not possible automatically, but you could have a process that when a user signs out, before they hand over the device, they clear the cache. I had a similar situation and users were aware that they were responsible if another person used their cached login (they were signing off work) - it was sufficient motivation to clear the cache every time.
