Hello

I've my copilot published on Teams.

Whenever I use the desktop computer, everything works fine.
When I use the mobile app, whenever a generative node is called, the app simply does not respond, without returning any error.
As soon as I access the chat on the desktop computer, all pending responses are returned and synchronized in the mobile app.
Any idea why the mobile app isn't working properly?

Teams mobile app, sometimes have limitations in rendering complex interactions. Since the responses are queued and sync as soon as you switch to the desktop, it's possible that the mobile app is unable to maintain the session state with the Copilot server, leading to a loss in real-time connectivity. This could be caused by network inconsistencies on mobile or how the mobile Teams app handles background tasks.

Ensure the mobile app has a strong and stable internet connection.
Make sure you're using the latest version of the Teams mobile app.
