Using 4 SharePoint Lists as data source - 30 day schedule app

Hi Team,

I was wondering if you could provide any tips/ideas on my issue.

My Team has data being saved into 4 different SharePoint Lists. They are all unrelated.

SharePoint List 1 - list of courses to complete by team member with a due date.

SharePoint List 2 - list of compliance checks required by team member with due date.

SharePoint List 3 - Process tasks to be completed by team member with due date

SharePoint List 4 - Team vacation by team member with start date.

I was wondering if there is an easy way to build an app that can show a 30 day plan of all tasks due that combines all 4 SharePoint lists data and sorted by due date and then by team member?

The 4 SharePoint Lists have nothing in common except a Due date and a team member who is assigned task.

Also team members must be able to use Power Apps form to provide an update on task complete and it will update the relevant SharePoint List from the Power Apps.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Trying to get them into a single gallery would be painful, but you could have a screen which has four vertical galleries in it that are 1234 from left to right, and each of them use GroupBy and Sort to group by either due date or person and then sort by either due date or person (your choice here)

You could then add filters along the top where someone can choose a date or person and it will filter all galleries by this if you include it in the gallery filter code.
