Hi Folks,

We have a requirement where we need to assign multiple tasks to single person in One Go. We have a SP list where we have columns like Task Code (Unique), Task Name, Assign to, and Start/end dates etc. For a particular product, we have 25+ different tasks (and some products, it's more), and business has to assign those tasks to different persons. So there requirement is if they can select lets suppose 5 tasks (via checkbox) and assign those 5 tasks to 1 person in one Go, it can save their lot of time and manual effort.

We open a product, it shows all the associated tasks in gallery list item. There we need this functionality.

You can create a collection while using a checkbox control inside the gallery to capture the selections. Then you just have to patch or submit the assigned tasks selected to SharePoint within the list that capture the data for the assigned tasks.
