I need a solution path for releasing a flow I buildt in my .gmail Power Automate account

I have built a BOT for my customer. It works fine on my account, When I went to make the release, I found out that my .gmail limits me from seeing the BOT in my MS 365 cloud login. The BOT is not in my list of desktop apps. I have failed for a week to get any attention form MS on this issue. Working with CoPilot, I found the working directory for my flow in my account. I zipped up the three files and I tried to release those files to my customer. When the customer and I looked at his machine we could not find an equivalent Power Automate Desktop user directory to release a the files to. His machine had multiple other directories in it than mine did. I need a release process in order to complete my delivery to my customer.

Any help?

Hi @CU02121243-0,

Have you created a solution and keep all your flows inside that try to export it from your environment and import to your customer environment. Let us know any challenges you are facing, better to provide some screenshots

I could not get to the point of creating a solution. The interface to create a solution is in the cloud portion. I cannot get to that as a .gmail logged in user. I have started to work with MS Support on this issue. I do not have a solution as of yet, I have a weeks work stuck in my Power Automate that is the .gmail logged in system. I do not have a path to get that solution to my customer.
