Can anybody assist - I'm a complete novice to Power Apps and have hit a problem that I am not able to resolve. My app was working but now keeps running into a validation failed error and I don't recall changing anything.
When I try to SubmitForm to my connected data source (sharepoint List) it fails and produces this error code -

I've deleted everything and re-tried to assemble the form again but keep getting the same error code.
The only thing I can think of is that I've set the default TitleDataCardValue = "dummy" and made NOT visible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
