i have a file that is sent to me every morning, is it possible for the data from the attachment(minus the headers) sent to a one drive spreadsheet - how would this flow look like
That all depends on what kind of file you are sent as an attachment. Is it a CSV, a PDF, a text file or what?
its a CSV file
For a CSV you can get the attachment. The file content will be the CSV data. You can then split() the content on a carriage return to get an array of records that you can process with an apply to each and then split each record on a comma to get the individual values. This article explains how to split the CSV content on a carriage return. Split multi-line value by new-line code in MS Flow | by Koji Saiki | Medium
Then when you split it on a comma you can access each value by adding an index value to the end of the array in JSON. Something like this variable('arrayname')[0] for the first value, variable('arrayname')[1] for the second value, etc.
