Hi All,
I have created a Model-Driven app with having one single entity. They are under a solution. But when I go to Apps, the "Play" button for my Model-Driven app is disabled. When I run the app going to my solution, I get below error. Please let me know what could be the issue.

I take it that you've published your app?
When you edit your app and click the play button from that part of the designer, do you still receive the same error?
@timl,Yes, I published the complete solution.
However, when I go to Edit mode of App and click the Play button, It worked. Later, the Play button also got enabled directly under Apps. It means, the issue is resolved.
Wondering, what must have happened after clicking the Play button on the App Edit mode?

Same thing happened to me. You have to go into the NEW "Edit" screen for your app (legacy version doesn't have a Play button) and click play. After that, it also became available to me on the main "Apps" page
