How to read contact detail from excel and send the documents referenced in excel to a contact in WhatsApp

I am new to Power Automate Desktop and struggle with this task I want to automate.

I have a folder with bills for my customers that I currently send to the customers via WhatsApp.

It is time-consuming to search and select the customer in WhatsApp, match the PDF file, drag & drop the file, and send.

I can create an Excel file with

all customer names,

mobile phone numbers to WhatsApp to

The file name that must be sent, including the path where the file resides

Can I use Power Automate Desktop to do this repetitive task?

Technically, yes, but the WhatsApp user interface is not very automation-friendly. But it is possible. Try watching some tutorials on user interface automation with Power Automate Desktop. When you have the basics, then come back with anything that you struggle to do, and we will be happy to help.

Yes you can do it
open watsapp by using launch browser using the watsapp URL
then click on the contact by click activity
then search the contact name by using populate text field activity
then you can click on the documents icon
write the name of the file you need to send by using populate text field on window
click on open
click on send

I managed to get this far but am stuck.

I managed to
1. Open WhatsApp in a web browser
2. Open Excel App
3. Open the folder where the PDF files live
4. Open the correct file in Excel (will swap 2 & 3)

I would like to read the Excel file, use the value in column A, and get the filename from the folder and then use the WhatsApp account mobile number from column B next to it, paste that in whatsapp web to find the account and paste the PDF and send.

(Should I include the extension ..pdf or not)

I can not figure out how to pick the pdf file, call the related WhatsApp account and paste it there.

Some pointers, please?

Yes you need to give .pdf
for example I have given .xlsx in below image
