Pressing a new flow in Power Automate for Desktop results in an error

以下のエラーで新しいフローを作成できません。
デスクトップ用 Power Automate を何度か再インストールしても、

新しいフローを作成しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます。

どうすればいいのかもわかりません。


バンドル解除エラー

問題が発生しました。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。閉じて、もう一度やり直してください。

オブジェクト参照がオフセット instass に設定されていない

    As searched , can you check if your meet the prerequisites :
    Prerequisites and limitations - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

    And can you try to downgrading to version 2.39, this is the similar case with the same error code:

    I reinstalled version 2.39 and the error went away.
