2I'm trying to create a custom connector by uploading a OpenAPI 3.0 .json file but it vies me an error saying power apps only supports 2.0? I've seen other posts discussing the same thing.

The feature had supposedly been added since September 30 of 2022 based on this post, OpenAPI 3 support for custom connectors - Power Platform Release Plan | Microsoft Learn and is the only news I can see related to this. If the feature was added it would accept the file and supposedly convert it down to 2.0, even though I feel like it would be much easier to just import the 3.0 directly? I tested with Power Automate and it actually does do this, but Power Apps does not. So I am just overall confused if the capability is even a thing.
