Premium Workspace for PowerApps?

Hi everyone,

I have a number of apps that are being rolled out nationally across my business and will be used on a daily basis for data entry. When all is said and done, 80-100 people will require access.

Is there a way that I could (similar to Power BI) publish this app to a "premium workspace" of sorts, or another licensing option for the app so that people can use it without their own individual licenses? We run O365 throughout our business, most people are on E3 licenses.

Thank you!

    Hi @ashleylinkewich ,

Are you asking to Publish the PowerApps to Power BI 'Premium workspace'? if so, then you can actually embed the PowerApps to the PowerBI Reports using Visualizations, but cannot Publish them as an App in the workspace explicitely.

For the former, here is the article-

Tutorial: Embed a Power Apps visual in a Power BI report

Let me know if this is what you meant by, or in case I misunderstood the ask.

Currently power Apps is only licensed on a per user basis (either per user per app, per user full access).

When Dataflex was announced with the free Dataflex for Teams version and the Dataflex Pro rename of CDS I joked that the Dataflex Premium name was sat there waiting to be enabled and then was immediately given an example where Microsoft would be able to charge $300-$500,000 a year for such a service and the customer (a university) would have paid the bill there and then - their model is a lot of users making 10-20 requests once a week or so.

So what you want doesn't exist yet but I'm sure it's coming as everything at the moment is based around translating usage into user limits and it would be so much easier to sell x million api requests a day, $10,000 a month.
