Hello,

I'm currently running into an issue where you cant run Power Automate Desktop flows without a connection being created to the Desktop. I'm following the documentation here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/developer/desktop-flow-public-apis.

The problem I have is the service account didn't create the connection to the desktop so it can't run the flow. This is documented too where you can't share Power Automate Connections with other users they need to create it themselves. I was able to replicate that with a global admin and got the documented result where they needed to create the connection.

So my question > Can I create a connection with API calls ie. Fill out the information below, then run a cloud flow as documented in the article referenced above?
