This a huge problem for us.
I also don't understand why we have too many requests. Only 2 users use the app to enter data in the app that trigers a patch command to update a table in excel. Excel file exists in Teams/sharepoint.
From what I have read the limit is 2000 request/api per second.
Also that using a flow is discouraged as well.
I need to send it to an excel file because the label/printer app uses the excel to output labels to a printer.
I considered going from PowerApps to Sharepoint and then run a flow from Sharepoint to Excel.
How do we troubleshoot issues like this. I am going to run Monitor on this, but then what?
Do I open a ticket with Microsoft?
Even with the error it seems like the excel file is getting updated, but in return the user thinks it didn't work and submits the data a second time.
