When I try to publish my app I get the following error:

More details:
Caller with Object ID '(*some kind of hexa code*)' does not have the minimum required permission to perform the requested operation on connection 'shared-powerappsnoti-(*other hexa code*)' under API 'shared_powerappsnotificationv2' .
If I remove the PowerAppsNotificationsV2 resource from my project, it publishes successfully.
How can I resolve this? Since I need to use notifications
I solved this problem using PowerAppsNotificationV1.
I was trying to send a push notification from one app to another, and somehow I need to change some permission for this to happen and I couldn't.
In version 1 I can make it clear which app will receive the push by informing the ID when I create the connection.
