There are several methods by which you can do this:
1) To check for a particular flow. Go to flow detail screen. Just click on the flow in My flows.
Then you will see these options above:
Click on analytics.
2) Second method is for checking all the flows. You can go to admin center of your account. You can open admin center by this link: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
Then click on analytics and then power automate. This will show you runs for all the flows.
3) Third method is new. You can use process advisor for this.
In your flow detail page you will find this below:
