Hello, FLMike, this issue definitely seems to be widespread and growing. I am just a personal user of PAD, so do you know how I could raise a ticket with Microsoft? The few routes I've tried say I have to be a premium business user, of which I am not. I am more than willing to pay to speak with someone as I have some flow work that I desperately need to get to. Thank you for any guidance you can provide. Scott
