You did not post the Filter code, but the in filter is not Delegable.

I am not sure where to start here, but the entire filter is involved here.

The in filter (2 of them)

The Not() argument

The relational Filter to the other list

are all not delegable. You simply cannot do what you are attempting in a Delegable manner.

Yes,
We don't have any beginning or ending. We are filling in all of the data from the SharePoint list.
initial list: Session —5 sessions only are there.
Second list: Registration;-- this list has 1000 users.
My total records are 5000, but that number could rise, which is why the gallery sent me a delegation warning.

The below is a rather "clunky" workaround on the assumption that

Registrations will never be more than 2,000 items

The newest 2,000 items in Sessions will contain the records you need

Your Delegation limit is set to 2,000

With( { wReg: Registrations, wSessions: Sort( Sessions, ID, Descending ) }, With( { wCurrent: Filter( wReg, Status.Value <> "Cancelled" ) }, Filter( wSessions, !('Session Number' in wCurrent.'Session Number') ) ) )
