The problem is it require my remote seession GUI to send click to image, I notice there is Run unattended desktop flows. Will it solves my problem?

Yes, unattended flows are able to interact with GUI elements without you being connected to the VM. In fact, you will be required to not be connected to it, or else an unattended flow will fail.
Unattended flows require the Power Automate Process ($150/month) license, however. Also, if you're using image recognition, you may need to make sure to set appropriate screen resolution on unattended flows.
