I'm encountering an issue with displaying images in adaptive cards within Copilot Studio. Specifically, we are using adaptive cards to add image URLs in our topics. Although the image URL works fine when accessed directly through a browser, it does not display on our custom website.

Here are the details:

Issue: Images referenced by URLs in adaptive cards are not showing up on the custom website, despite the URL being accessible directly through a browser. The image URL does not require authentication, so it should be accessible without any special permissions.

Would using Base64 encoding for the images be a recommended approach to resolve this issue? If so, could you provide guidance on how to implement Base64 encoded images in adaptive cards?
