Creating an interval in email notifications

I set up this date check to run every week day and send out a notification after 5 days. Is there a method to send the email every other day after I hit the 5 days. My user doesn't want the email notification every day.

    The easiest way would be to add a condition where you are sending the email and use dayOfTheMonth() and MOD() to determine whether its an even or odd day. Then choose to send the email only on even days.
     
    mod( dayOfMonth(utcNow()),2) eq 0 or eq 1
     
    A bit more complex, but the same Idea would be to calculate the date difference between the due date and today. It would be more than 5, so again use Mod to see if its 7,9, etc (all odd)

    You can write quite complex filters with parentheses and using "or" and "and". (Revieweddate eg addDays -1 and Revieweddate lt addDays -2) or .(Revieweddate eg addDays -2 and Revieweddate eg addDays -3)
     
    is the date a date or date and time? That would impact the filter you make...
