I have built a workflow using PowerAutomate that takes response details from a user's input on Microsoft Form, creates an item in Sharepoint, uses that information to create an agreement from a library template and sends it for signature. The flow was working perfectly until yesterday. Now, on the Microsoft side, it appears everything is working; the flow says it ran successfully; however, no agreement is created in Adobe Sign.
I hope someone is able to help me with this; I am a novice and have no support from my IT Department on this.
