Create an Adobe Sign agreementt stopped working

I have built a workflow using PowerAutomate that takes response details from a user's input on Microsoft Form, creates an item in Sharepoint, uses that information to create an agreement from a library template and sends it for signature. The flow was working perfectly until yesterday. Now, on the Microsoft side, it appears everything is working; the flow says it ran successfully; however, no agreement is created in Adobe Sign.

I hope someone is able to help me with this; I am a novice and have no support from my IT Department on this.

Hello @Mimi2Lorelei

Please, could you try to execute the following steps:

Log out of Adobe Sign from the browser.

Log out of Power Automate and close the browser.

Open a new browser and login to Power Automate.

Set the connection again to Adobe Sign.

I tried it, but it didn't help. The same day it stopped working, I cleared by browser cache because I was having issues logging into Echosign (Adobe Sign). Not sure if that could have caused the problem???

Could you try to use another browser, or test the flow with an "incognito window"?
