Hello there

can someone please help ASAP!

i already asked a few times and no one helps.

i have a schedule flow where i get data from a SP list to send emails. I have a Multiple lines of text column in the SP list that i need to display with line break in the email body.

how on earth can i do that????

Please do not send me links to check other things.

Hi @nattt7 ,

The compose3 is "items('Apply_to_each')?['testMT']". It is not necessary.
testMT is my multiple lines of text column name.
This method is used on how to display multiple lines of text in an email.
The expression in my flow:
replace(item()?['ColumnName'],outputs('Compose'),'<br>')

but i want to display that with line break.. how do i do that

i need task 1

task 3

instead of task 1 task 2 task 3

This is because you first put the multi-line text into the HTML table, and if you want the multi-line text in the html table to be displayed in the body of the email, you need to modify the output of the html action. Something like this:
