Enable save button, only if checkbox is checked from gallery form.

Hello everyone,

I have a form in gallery which has multiple rows.
For each row I have one checkbox.
I need the form behavior like if any of the checkbox is checked then only enable the save button otherwise disable save button.
For this, On the `DisplayMode` propoerty of the Save button I have added following simple logic:

If(CheckBox.Value = true, DisplayMode.Edit, DisplayMode.Disabled)

But after this still there is one issue,

For ex:

I have 4 rows in my gallery form and I have checked all the four checkboxes from all the four rows one-by-one, then by above condition, Save button is enabled now.

But If I un-check any of the checkbox for any of the row then save button is getting disabled. But Ideally it should be be enabled coz other three checkboxes are still checked.

Any suggestions on above issue are most welcome.

Hi @Being_Learner ,
Please try using below formula on DisplayMode property of Save button -
If(CountRows(Filter(Gallery19.AllItems, Toggle1.Value)) > 0,DisplayMode.Edit,DisplayMode.Disabled)
Gallery19 is GalleryName and Toggle1 is the control name
You can replace Toggle1.Value with Checkbox.Value

Ultimately, I found the solution, just modified the condition little bit as follow:
If( !IsEmpty(Filter(Gallery.AllItems, Checkbox.Value = true)), DisplayMode.Edit, DisplayMode.Disabled )
