web powerapps com redirected too many times

Good Day Power App Community.

I am looking for some assistance.  I have end user getting this message: "web powerapps com redirected too many times."

I looked at the other threads but the solution link that was posted did not open up.

User is leveraging Google Chrome browser.

    I just heard the web.powerapps.com is being retired and should go to make.powerapps.com.  This still doesn't help me as Edit item from sharepoint list, that we launch into a powerapp that we created through customized with Powerapps.  That application is throwing the web.powerapps.com redirect error message.    Thoughts?

    Hi @Kelly_Wikman ,

    Could you please share more details about the error message on your side?

    Do you customize a form in your SP List using PowerApps through the "PowerApps"-> "Customize forms" option?

     

    Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in PowerApps again, check if the issue is solved.

     

    Also please consider take a try to re-start your PC, then sign in PowerApps again, check if the issue is fixed.
