I created a flow that extaracts excel files attachment from outlook emails and gather them in one drive file. my problem is that I recive same emails with updated infomation in excel and the master file size is getting larger. is it possible for the flow, when extracting excel attachemnets from the emails, to replace the new attachments with the same name with an an old ones so I have less excel files?

Hi @Hamid , Thank you for your post!
I assume you are using an update file(or maybe create) action to acheive what you have, after you extract the excel attachment.
What you could do, is firstly delete the existing file, then use create file after that, this would save just the new file and the new data.
Please give that a try.
