Reservation System using Floor Plan

Hello Community Experts!

I have a requirement where I need to book the desks from a SharePoint list using an Image of the floor Plan of the available desks as shown in the image below.
I am a beginner to PowerApps Canvas application. I need to build this booking system using the Canvas application. On clicking upon a room from the image, the status of the room need to be changed as booked and get stored in the SharePoint list along with the user details who booked the room. Could anyone please help me out in achieving this?

    A good way to build this type of functionality is to use the "Gallery - TemplateSize 0" trick.

    This technique will enable you to build the cosmetic overlay. You can then incorporate this with other screen design techniques, and calls to 'Patch' in order to update your SharePoint list.
