Datefilter problem, please help

Hi, i have a big problem with my date filter:

it filters the wrong beginning of the month when I filter on the first day filter.
when i change DateFrom to 2.Juni.2020, is the Filter correct and all Normal, why not with the First Date?

 

have anyone a solution? I've been trying for hours

 

The SharePoint is a english Timezone, not german.
