Hi everyone,

with the export page it would seem you can only add additional email addresses that are within your domain.  Does anyone know how to remove this restriction so you can add any email address to the export?

Thanks in advance

    Hi @tabs99 ,

    Do you want to choose outside email address as the attendee in the ExportScreen?

    If so, actually this is not restriction.

    The reason why you could only search for email within your domain is because of the connector that you use.

    This app use office365 users as connector. One app could only connect with one  office365 users. One office365 users connection could only choose one account. You could only get the users within the domain that the account that you choose for office365 users connection.

    Please notice the UserSearchResults's Items:

    If(!IsBlank(AssnTaskSearchUser_1.Text), Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:Trim(AssnTaskSearchUser_1.Text), top:15}))

    It will search users within the domain that the account that you choose for office365 users connection.( usually current user's domain).

    If you want to send email to additional email addresses, I suggest you add another textinput to enter  additional email addresses.

    Then you could enter all the email addresses that you want without any restriction.

    Insert a button to collect this email address to your EmailRecipients collection.

    For example, set the button's OnSelect:

    Collect(EmailRecipients,
     RenameColumns(
     Filter(
     Split(TextInput1.Text,";"),
     !IsBlank(Result),
     Not(Result in EmailRecipients.Mail)
     ),
     "Result",
     "Mail"
     )
    )

    //you could enter multiple email addresses in the textinput, use ";" as separator.

    Just like this:

    Then you could enter internal email in the original part. Enter additional email in the new part.

    Best regards,
