Delegation Warning In Gallery referencing Combo Box

Hi everyone!  I need some help (again).  I have built a canvas form and also put a vertical gallery in a form and watched a video made by @Reza Dorrani on how I can filter the combo box so the gallery only shows the filtered videos.  The video was very helpful, and I was able to get the gallery to show the filtered list but am receiving a delegation warning.  In his video, Mr. Dorrani stated to go into settings and turn on Enhanced Delegation.  I did cut on the only delegation option, but I am still getting the Delegation warning.  My data is coming from a SP list and as of today it has 600 rows of information (there are two columns in the SP list), but do expect this to grow.  I have pasted the formula i am using the below and any help in helping me remove this delegation error would be very much appreciated.

Filter('Skills Report','SKILL (LEVEL)' in drpSkills.SelectedItems)

    Hi,

    The operator 'in' isn't delegable. This link should provide you with all the delegable function with SharePoint SharePoint - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

    Thank you for the information.  Can you recommend an alternative?  Also, once other question if you don't mind.  I notice a name appears more than once because a person may have multiple skills identified in the Skills Combo Box.  With the below formula is there a way I can show the name only once?

    Filter('Skills Report','SKILL (LEVEL)' in drpSkills.SelectedItems)

    I don't think you can return a single person the way it's being filtered at the moment.

    In regards to another method I can't think of a simple method off the top of my head, sorry.

    Hi @Brian_S

    You can use the Distinct function to retrieve unique names from the filtered records.

    Distinct(Filter('Skills Report', 'SKILL (LEVEL)' in drpSkills.SelectedItems), Name)

    Thanks!

    Hi @Brian_S

    To prevent delegation warnings, several methods should be used.

    You should use With function :

    With(
    {
    SkillRep:
    Filter('Skills Report','SKILL (LEVEL)' in drpSkills.SelectedItems)
    },
    SkillRep
    )

    Refer link: ‘With’ Function in Power Apps(Power Fx) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tips and Tricks (inogic.com)

    With function in Power Apps - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

    You can also use Collection function.

    OnStart/OnVisible or any OnChange property event of the screen,

    ClearCollect(YourCollectionName,DataSourceName)

    Then, Use "YourCollectionName" as DataSource to the Gallery item.

    Refer this link: Solved: Delegation warning in gallery - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Thanks!

    Using With and functions like Collect, ClearCollect don't get around the delegable limit you set though. It just suppresses the warning

    Hi.  Thank you so much for this information.  Unfortunately this formula and the other formula (

    With{
    SkillRep:
    Filter('Skills Report','SKILL (LEVEL)' in drpSkills.SelectedItems)
    },
    SkillRep
    )

    didn't work, it was showing errors.

    I forgot to include a  (  bracket in my formula.

    With(
    {
    SkillRep:
    Filter('Skills Report','SKILL (LEVEL)' in drpSkills.SelectedItems)
    },
    SkillRep
    )
