Form Edits Not Working For Model Driven App

Hi,

I am unable to edit forms in my newly created entity. Everytime I go to try and edit the forms, "Unable to get property 'ChannelId' of undefined or null reference." shows up.  The page also shows, "Sorry there has been a disconnect."

    What is your powerapps license type?

     

    Try to work with another web browser and test.
