After editing flow, if any error occurred, immediately that whole window stop running , and pop comes- Windows not responding, why so happening.

Please check whether these services are running or not.
Press Windows Button----Search-Services
There are three services on the machine that runs the unattended job, that needs to be running.
UIFlowAgentLauncherService
UIFlowLogShipper
UIFlowService
