When calling Get my Profile, I add Business Phone to an email address to be sent. All works perfectly but the Business Phone adds a brackets and a quotation mark for no reason, my Azure profile phone is perfectly formatted. what is wrong?

What you are seeing is normal. For some reason, the Business Phone is returned as an array or collection with a single element. See my example below:
this is only half the answer, now how I can extract my phone number from the array?
Follow my example - you can reference the output of the Compose action - there is only one Business Phone and that will be in the Compose action.
