Building a powerapp that pulls a list of items into a user profile

I am working on my first Powerapp and I am looking to find out how when creating a new user profile, how at the same time it can pull a checklist of items into that profile. So each time you open that user profile, you can see that list of items that can be checked off as they are completed. Looking for advice on how to make this happen. Thank You

Some more details would be helpful.

How are you envisioning it? User details entered; type of user chosen from a dropdown then a new screen pops up populated with the checklist which were grabbed from a table containing the associated items related to the type of user?

Yes, the vision is, Form with "Add User", click that, it opens a form to fill out, Name, Manager, Status(new or current) then once submit is pressed, the users profile screen pops up with the info we just entered and all checklist items that appeared in a checklist sharepoint list. The profile for that user is stored in "User List" in sharepoint, that has all the user info and the checklist items. hope that clears it up. Thank You

You could have two SharePoint lists in a Parent - child relationship

Job type Check list items

Manager - check list item 1

- check list item 2

- check list item 3

Sales person - check list item A

- check list item B

- check list item C

You will also need a check list items list associated with the user profile

When the form for creating users is submitted read the check lists associated with the job type and Patch the check list for the user

That is one way of doing it.

The user's check list items would be in a gallery with a check box control to let you check off the items

that is exactly what I was thinking needed to be done, being new at this I am unsure on how to achieve this, not sure if there is a video out there that explains it or not. Or if you have anything you can provide to achieve? Thank You again for responding.
