convert time zone error due to null date

Could you please show a screenshot of your flow?
Is it the value returned by a data source that is traversed in Apply to each?
I think the problem may be that there is a null value in a column of the data source filled in the Base time in the Covert time End.
You can add Condition judgment, when the column is empty, no operation is performed, and when it is not empty, Covert time End is performed.
