Hi, I have a question. From what I know, that one environment can only create one portal.
Is it possible to have different page of portal displayed according to the type of user (for e.g), like having two type of user which are vendor and customer?

If I am getting this correctly, you need to have role based access to your portal, The portal provides a way to to that.
You can create Roles on the Portal as described in this link

Also you can control the access of the webpages
