So I have a solution for this issue

But my solution hindges on the ability to automate power query. I know this a bit meta, but can I stick automation for my automation? Can we automate power query using power automate?

Otherwise you can use Power Automate Desktop, which can do it.
That is exactly the question I had. The person was able to fix things by adjusting the pdf extract, but i know that sometimes PQ can be more stable in terms of code execution.
