Data Sources shortcut is missing!? - Any ideas how to get it back

Hi,

I have returned to work on an old app and the tab/button where you can usually see your data sources and refresh or add new ones is missing. The data also isn't shown from the add data drop down.

I can add the data sources again, which i have tried, but these icons still dont show up. The data sources are definitely added to the app as the app is working correctly.

I have checked all the settings and i cant see anything that needs checking/unchecking.

I have added some pictures below.

I can also confirm that if i work on another app or create a new app that the data source button and add data drop down is there, so this is just specific to this app.

Hi Max81,

No, I cant see how that can help. It doesn't say how to get it back on or why it will have been removed. I dont think its an issue with the "New look" as if i create a new app i can see the data sources and connections on the LHS and from the drop down bar.

Settings -> General -> "Improve data source experience and Microsoft Dataverse views" turn it "On"

Thank you, It made me turn on another option as well before i could put this one on, but this worked. Thank you.
