Hello,
Is there a way to caculate if a date falls on a weekend in PowerAutomate? I can do this in excel, but i'd rather not add a new column to a spreadsheet if the calculation can just be done by PAD.

Not the most elegant, but you could use Convert datetime to text with custom 'ddd' to get the day of week short (e.g. 'Wed') then check if that value is 'Sat' or 'Sun'
Thanks! I was thinking that too, but also thought there should be a more direct way of accomplishing that. Drats!
if it's not one thing it's another. When I was trying to get PAD to write the formula (=IF(OR(WEEKDAY(B2)=7,WEEKDAY(B2)=1),B2-2,B2)) into excel it runs into issues writing the formula...
Yeah, I don't know of a more direct way....
Hi. You can use the PAD native functinoality Date variable .DayOfWeek
(see row 1 and 18. Zoomed at the bottom right corner)
