I currently have a app where I save the Form to a collection if the connection is disconnected.And a "Sync" button with the below instructions to save the file to the Sharepoint site once connected which works correct.

The above instructions creates a new entry in the sharepoint list, what I require is to update an existing sharepoint entry with the information from the collection.
I tried the below instructions on the submit button but it cannot lookup the SiteName from the sharepoint list, to the collection SiteName to update the required field.
