Is it possible to customize Microsoft's Power Automate email?
For the most part, it is not possible to customize these e-mails. There are two versions of the approval e-mail and there seems to be no rhyme or reason why one is sent over the other. The only thing you can customize is the description by using Markdown to format the text, and the choices if you choose the custom choices/responses option.
