Weekly report app in power apps

Please am trying to create a canvas app in power apps porter. This app will have weekdays as the column header and Task as row header like grid table. The app will collect data daily and send to data source like dataverse or sharepoint.

How will the data source be structured?

Example

Tasks	Monday	Tuesday	Wednesday	Thursday	Friday
Overall Goal
Daily Target
Key Lessons learnt

You need a table with the following columns: week identifier in relation to the year, day of the week, general objective, daily objective, key lessons
