Email Forwarding Buffers Indefinitely

I am trying to setup a more complex power automate but removed other parts to isolate the problem. It seems that when the automation runs it gets stuck when forwarding the email. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?
 
I have attached a screenshot of the issue.

    I have tried multiple times on multiple days in multiple automations. I forgot to mention that this is being forwarded from a shared mailbox.

    Did flow was reconstructed again - i see for these cases - that helps for some cases.
