Shared mailbox alert or out of office set

Hi,

 

I was wondering what are the possibilities to create automated flow doing the following:

 

When users leave the company, their mailbox is turned into a shared mailbox. Is there a way to setup an alert, kind of Out-of-Office when they receive a mail?
