very good day, I am trying to save information in sharepoint with
SubmitForm(EditForm1)
and
Patch(Database;
{'CONTAINER NUMBER':TextInput1}
);;
I want to know if it is possible to do both at the same time to save information in the same list
Why dont you use only patch or only SubmitForm?
To use patch you need to do like this:
//CREATE NEW
Patch(DataSource,
Defaults(DataSource),
{
'CONTAINER NUMBER':TextInput1.Text
}
)
//UPDATE
LookUp(DataSource; ID = ThisItem.ID),
