Outlook trigger inbox

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the Outlook trigger "when a new mail arrives."

I receive an email with the same subject periodically, every hour. I have an Outlook rule set up to group these emails into a separate folder outside of the inbox.

I've created a flow to save the attachments from these emails to SPO (SharePoint Online). However, there are times when Power Automate doesn't work because it seems to conflict with the Outlook rule.

How can I resolve this?

    Don't use the Outlook rule. Let you flow to move specific emails to a separate folder and then to save the attachments.
