Hi,

I am in the process of invoice automation for that i created the work flow in power automate i used a step called Send an Email

And attached Id which is generated in the step create file in one drive i am getting the following error b!daHnW68oTUun_r2bi3pyuAfqHHISbnxBtjKreBlXPJccXgelOnr8S62f-8DZ8GUP.016ML64WXRP26VNTHNAJAJNDS7XDPYZXEM

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue.

You can try below things:

Double-check the file path or file ID that you are using to attach the file. Make sure that it is correct and that the file is located in a location that is accessible by the flow.
Verify that the flow has the necessary permissions to access the file. In particular, make sure that the user account that is running the flow has permissions to access the file in OneDrive.
Check if the file has been deleted or moved to another location. If this is the case, the flow will not be able to find the file and will throw an error.
If you are trying to attach a file that is stored in OneDrive, make sure that the path of the file starts with the correct URL, such as: "https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/<site>/<library>/<folder>/<file>"
Try to create a new file and use the new file ID in the flow and see if that resolves the issue.
