Hi,
I have a gallery which is populated from a table created within PowerApps. However, the problem i have is this;
When i use the app, the contents of this table is displayed correctly, however, whenever another user uses the app on their device the contents does not appear. Do they require direct access to this table? Permissions or something.
I only ask this because for instance if they were filling in a form, and the data from that form needed to go to a SharePoint list, they would need to have member level access for that sharepoint drive it is located.
Any help would be great, thank you!
Hi @WiZey ,
Thank you for your reply - i know about access for sharepoints, i just wasnt sure if it was required for the following types of data points. The table i am using to populate the gallery is Microsoft Dataverse
Hello @PowerNovice ,
Short answer: yes, they do.
You can check in the list's parameters which groups and users have access and what kind of access they possess. If your users need to read and edit, it's usually simpler to add them as members on the SharePoint's site. Otherwise, you can try updating the list's authorizations so some users or even visitors can access the list.
