i created a flow to append time stamp inorder to overwrite the original file but i checked with the expression where attachment name is equal to 0 so this just check if the file name exists ,otherwise it append filename with timestamp so here is the sample

But how to check file content is modified such that i can create a new version ,kindly suggest

What is the purpose of creating a new file every time it is modified that has a time stamp in the name? Just turn on versioning in your document library and save yourself a lot of trouble. Then educate your users on how versioning works.

Most likely versioning is already turned on. When it is, and you check the document's version history, it will look like this:
The Modified date is what you are trying to tag the files with. To open a prior version, you just click on the modified date. If you restore an older version, it will create it as a new version. In the above, if I restore version 3, then version 11 will be created.

Thanks but we need to implement for some reasons so i would appreciate if someone shed some thoughts for the same. is it feasible to check if the file content modified then create another version with date stamp appended?
